Managers are advised that the Variation Agreements involving the following Agreements/Award  MUST be displayed on the Estate/Mill notice board for the information of all employees covered by these Agreements/Award :-

 

(i)                 Rates of Pay and Terms and Conditions of

Employment of Palm Oil Mill Employees, 2010

(ii)               MAPA/NUPW Field and Other General Employees

and Fringe Benefits Agreement, 2011

                        [Cognizance No. VC:40-188/11-2012 dated 20.12.2012]

 

(iii)             Wages and Terms and Conditions of Employment of

Harvesters, Harvesting Kanganies, Loaders and

“Other Loaders” on Oil Palm Estates, 2010

                        (Industrial Court Award No. 1514/2010)

                        [Cognizance No. VA: 2-1514/10-12 dated 31.12.2012]

 

(iv)             MAPA/NUPW Rubber Tappers’ Wage Agreement, 2011

[Cognizance No. VC:42-187/11-2012 dated 31.12.2012
